Urban planning and construction
Safadi Group built the first and main shopping mall of Equatorial Guinea (DOM) while developing a pioneering project of medical research and pharmaceutical distribution in the country.
In Spain due to the academic and residential link of the general manager with the city, Safadi Group operates from Valencia with public works projects and housing construction in addition to other comprehensive architecture and home automation projects.
In 2018, Safadi Group acquired Nuevas Casas y Rehabilitaciones S.L. company with whom it has developed several residential projects.
Health sector
In Spain, Safadi Group set up SAFADIFARMA (an official licensed company) in order to acquire medicines and sanitary material from important international firms and to distribute them both in foreign and national markets. Safadi Group also develops epidemiological studies while offering advisory services in the construction of hospitals and pharmaceutical factories.
In Equatorial Guinea, Safadi Group has been operating since 2010 with GEFARMA (an important distributor of medicines, sanitary material and infant food, as well as of technical and laboratory equipment), with DOM (a group of health care & cosmetic establishments in the largest shopping mall of the country), and with FARMA AHORRO (a pharmaceutical establishment which dispenses medicines from solvent companies in perfect conditions and at ethical prices). We supply medical, sanitary and instrumental material through SFPHARMAPLUS.
Steel Industry
Safadi Group is one of the leading companies in the import of iron and a major supplier of construction materials. Nowadays, we are developing a logistic center for the export of construction materials.
In Lebanon, Safadi Group has carried out projects for the transformation of building iron as well as steel and metallurgy thanks to the industrial factory for the production, processing and treatment of metal (corrugated steel, iron mesh reinforcement, iron calibration, iron sheets, open profiles and locksmithing, structural profiles, iron tube)
Moreover, Safadi Group has developed in Cameroon several projects of machining and transformation of metal sheet by means of cold rolled, as well as of metallurgy (transformation and treatment of metal).
Food sector
Safadi Group internationally distributes thanks to a logistics centre all the products that any food distributor may need, adapting the orders to the specific needs of each customer under all European sanitary regulations.
Textile sector
Safadi Group started as a textile and clothing industry in Colombia, expanding its distribution throughout Latin America (Venezuela and Colombia).
